It only seems natural that our organisation should be structured with the same high degree of flexibility to be found in the services we offer.

Flexible Resources is organised as a network of highly experienced freelance consultants, with project teams "self-assembling" according to affinity and specialty. There is no hierarchy and no upper authority that assigns resources to projects. This operating structure means we can:

  • meet sophisticated client demands
  • minimise operating costs
  • attract the best possible consultants
  • adjust easily to fluctuations in market conditions

Consultants collaborate with Flexible Resources only if both parties have an interest in doing so. That symbiotic relationship ensures much stronger ties with good consultants than those achieved by contractual relationship.

This is just one major difference between our approach and that of ‘Big 5’ and second tier consulting companies. There are others:

  • Flexible Resources does not use its senior consultants to ‘sell’ jobs and the juniors to execute  them.
  • We work only with experienced professionals who ally a pragmatic, result-oriented approach to an insightful vision based on state of the art consulting concepts.
  • Our rates remain highly competitive because overhead costs are minimal
  • Flexible Resources’ network organisation secures and uses the right human resources both during hot market growth and during recessions. It does not weaken itself by ‘hiring and firing’.
